Research
AI for Chips

We focus on advancing artificial intelligence applications in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically through the development and optimization of AI algorithms for integrated circuits. Our research encompasses a broad spectrum of innovative methodologies, including machine learning models and big data analytics to enhance photolithography processes and near-field optical proximity correction, boost device yield and performance, integration of AI with 2D material IC design and manufacturing techniques. We have significantly broadened the scope of AI in chip fabrication, culminating in the creation of a pioneering, enterprise-level intelligent manufacturing system that leverages AI for enhanced perceptual and big data capabilities.
AI for Optics

We are also exploring the integration of artificial intelligence with optical technologies to revolutionize the field of optics, including the development of AI algorithms for distributed optical sensors, sensitivity and accuracy enhancement across extensive networks, leveraging the principles of light-based computing to improve the speed and efficiency of neural processing, enabling clearer and more detailed observations at the microscopic level.
